i was watching this movie actually just because of Scarlet Johansson, but its actually really good

I'm watching this film for my film as text class to write a paper on use of lighting, setting, and costumes to bring a movie to life. I adore this movie for it's strong atmosphere, and how simple and poetic it can be. Anyway I would like to note that the scene between Lawson and his girlfriend in the rain is lit a harsh cold blue. Here though Percy and Lawson are lit warmly with soft yellow by the fire, shot in a very closed intimate way. That says alot about the relationships right there.

Good luck finding this at the video store. This is most certainly a really good movie, and it's nice to know that there's other people who appreciate it. Scarlett Johansson will be hard pressed to top this role, or her beauty in this movie...
