  • I love this! Great tutorial:o) Thank you so much for this video!!! :)

I've bought lights on sale after Christmas for a few years now! But, now I am wondering how much this costs on the electric bill, since I wouldn't know for a month! How "bad" does it get for yours? I don't want to put in all of that work, only to find out that I can't afford the "super bill!" LOL!

How do you decide how many "times" and how many "hours" to run it?

    Thanks:)

    BOP

  • @BirdOfParadise777 The LEDs cost very little since they use only 1/5 the power of regular lights. Also, the display since it is dancing to music, the the lights are on even less time than a static display so you save more that way too. Electric bill goes up about $100 for December. I run it from 12/1 to first week of January. It is on a timer from 5:30 pm to 10:30 PM.

  • How do u sync the lights with music?

P.S. I saw ur house at 9:00-9:15 nice

  • @pez162 I used 144 channels of lighting on nine 16-channel LightOrama controllers

  • is there a reason you don't use one 20' pvc pipe instead of making a joint in the middle?

  • @lflmyl

Yes, at the time I could not find 15 or 20 foot lengths at Home Depot or Lowes. You have to go to some other professional plumbing supply place. I plan to-build my arches because they have fallen apart.
