I started taking Levodyn because i was keen to bring my blood pressure down without resorting to prescription medicine. i have been taking it for less than 4 weeks but have already noticed a change. Before taking Levodyn my blood pressure was 152/86, it is now 128/76. i am really impressed.

I smoke 3 packs of camel a day and drink half bottle of scotch do you think if I drink beer instead of scotch ill lower my pressure

liquor is worse for you than beer but even if you binge drink its still bad for. alcohol restricts your blood vessels. since you smoke 3 packs a day even if you stopped drinking all togethor your blood pressure will probably only go down a little. if you quit smoking than you will see a big decrease in your blood pressure very quickly. word of advice, if you have high blood pressure don't even drink or smoke because you are setting yourself up for some serious complications.
