you should read the description again. the irmscher (4.0, L6) has a TUNED engine (BMW M5 airflow meter and injection, lowered cylinder head).

Here is compared Citroen CX 2500ccm with 2 turbos (around 300hp) with Opel Senator 3000ccm stock (around 200hp), so this is unfair comparison.

Senator is better, engine is undistroyable, long lasts, and you have enough power without turbos.

Besides that, Senator have much better exterior and interior than that Citroen.

i would like to see you putting 2 turbo chargers on 4 cylinder gasoline engine....

so, it has one stock turbo charger, slightly modified waste gate and one extra injector. senator has a 6 cylinder, 4.0 liter irmscher engine, with modified injectors (taken from an BMW M5) and airflow meter, around 300 HP.

I love the senator, having grown up with opels of all kinds the senny is one of my favorites. BUT, the citroen has its strong points and having driven a Turbo 2 a couple of times... damn thats a cool car! and lots of fun. Both are awesome machines and the Citroen is certainly underrated by people who does not know enough about cars.

@WAYNE1977100 that won't happen. Cx's would rip off most cars when racing on straight lines, now put that cornering machine on curves... that very cx will piss all over your contendent. Sorry to say.

1)CX is "slighty modified"....just screwing up the dump valve pushes to 200hp

2)Senator driver is an ass(long gearbox, you shall run on high rpm)

3) In my life i had 7 CXs. My 1981 CX Athena 2.0 weighted 1350kg (lighter than a 307) and could push 2nd gear to 115 kmh(7000rpm). The CX is really a nervous car, indeed. But don't get mistaken. You let me drive the senator and you'll see which car shall win.

Cx turbo 2 Is gen 2 of cx turbo. not 2 turbo.

I had 2 of them, and raced 928, 735 and several bikes and never lost.

My car was original but maxed out, Around 220-240 hp if i make a guess(168 org).

The Opel is heavyer and got a crappy gearbox for racing.

My car did over 100km/h on second gear.

It seems like the Frogs are very proud of the cx. Its really a fantastic car, but also its the only good car the Frogs ever built. Opel hast dozens of different good cars. And if you call it a car the Renault r4 and r5 where nice ones too. The Senator drivers seems to be a really bad choice. he cant drive, of course the senator would smoke the cx.
