she has been doing it for years, and we have always known it was her. She does not hide it. She will do it with us right there. She just thinks that is how it should be, a free roam system. :-)

Haha! Funny moment... Right at about 1:40-1:42, the horse reaches for the wrong side of the door. It looks like she looks over at the camera, and has this face like "shut up, I knew that!" :P Then of course she immediately switched over to the other side, and opened it up. That was funny! Anyway, super smart, awesome horse! Great video!

First off, just want to say, I would never eat horse and agree that they should be pets, not food.

However, that distinction is the problem - a lot of people *don't* think of horses as pets. It's the same reason some asians eat cat and dog - they don't think they're pets. It's also the same reason people who have loved a pet snake (like myself) would never eat snake meat. Not saying I agree, but I understand.

Lots of countries already eat horse meat. I had it when I was in France. I don't see what the big deal is...

Yes it is because of the economy. Think of it like this. Because the price of hay is so high people cant keep there livestock. Horses are the most because of the hay they need. They cant just eat any hay or cut of hay. So what do people do, they try to give them away but cant. No one will take them. Rescues are full. People dont have the money. So the horses starve. The US has rules on the plants. If people stop breeding unwanted horses and gas goes down it will be better.
