There are numerous ways to warm-up before a training session. The way you warm-up could depend on the weather, or the type of training you will be doing, etc.
Dr. Romanov presents a very basic warm-up routine that will prepare you for a run. The warm-up consists of three major parts which include 5 to 15 minutes of easy jogging, drills to set neuro-muscular patterns and enhance perception, followed by short strides to actually prepare you for your run.
@Youngbo34 you lean from your ankles, the degree of lean depends on your skill and of course the desired speed. The further ahead you lean the faster you will go. Staying compact takes practice. Balance exercises help a lot.

These videos work, my only questions are, where do you lean from and how far ahead also how can you keep your body and arms compact while running.
