Half of Salem was there for Peter and Jennifer's wedding. Marlena went there
to be with John after the murder/suicide/setup and believed in his innocence, even though all the evidence pointed against him. She testified on his behalf, and found the evidence needed to stop his execution in the gas chamber. It was there that both J&M realized they were still in love with each other. *sighs*

Question, I didn't start watching till after Arimid,so what was that storyline really about,besides John being framed for ''Tonys'' murder,why were they in Arimid?
