Battlestar Galatica was my favorite tv show. Thank you so much or posting. I had the soundtrack on vinyl. Good to hear it again.

This theme sucks. It is a remix of the original classic. Every other film has had its score remastered and re-released in it's original playing order. What should be done with this classic is the original pilot-movie theme music that plays including the narration by Patrick Macnee. Just my honest opinion. And the exploration music was never in the pilot film. It's BORING!

You misunderstood me. I wasn't talking about it being a Star Wars knockoff. I was referring to how Larson's close friend Leslie Stevens (creator of The Outer Limits) came up with the original idea for Battlestar Galactica and Larson took credit for it. Battlestar Galactica is NOT a Star Wars knockoff. The original concept for Galactica was developed in the late 1960s. George Lucas didn't begin writing the script for Star Wars until 1973.

Glen Larson has a reputation for taking credit for other people's work. The Galactica novels published in the 1980s by Berkley Books all listed Larson as co-author, when in fact he had nothing whatsoever to do with them. In fact, there are those who believe that Larson wasn't even the one who came up with the original concept for Battlestar Galactica. Kind of a jerk, huh?

I love you person who made this because I am writing a sidestory on wattpad about this show, and when I write side stories, it makes it easier to write if I have somethiing related to the originall show/ book/ story to listen to while I write, so thanks. You helped me get through a couple problems by posting this. You have my gratitude.
