  • One of the most ass-kicking hard rockin' songs of all time. I've listened to this song thousands of times since it came out and it never fails to impress me. Listen also to "Cottonpickin" by The Night Raiders, "Stampede" by The Scarlets and "Driftin" by Terry Lee and The Poor Boys.

  • I have all of those you mentioned. All great instrumentals. The Terry Lee has a great rockabilly on the A side.

  • Thanks for posting my dad's song...he is flattered that there are fans of his music...excepting obviously Casey...Kimmy Hudson

  • this shit sucks ballsacks in hell.

  • 'A'-Side flippin' AMAZING!!

  • Natasha skal skriver nogle texter til den her på dansk.

  • Thi is another one of those instrumentals that were hitting the charts one after another back in the Doowop era, most of them them didn't quite make the top 10, I know. This instrumental along with many to the right of my screen are all new to me, this group dose however remind me of Johnny & the Hurricains which aren't strangers to my ears. Thx4 postin'I thought I'd hear some gunfire within the grooves...surprize surprize.

  • hhhmmmm record label went from black(in the sleeve) too maroon/red?

  • I've never heard this before! What a great record! Dunno how it could've got past me. Happy dog, you've got some bitchin' records.

  • What a great track, The Thunderbirds (Australia) also released Machine Gun back in '61, check it out.

  • 1959???? Wow!!! I don't know what was going on with the people at that period of time but they surely knew how to kick it!! My favorite band The Cramps did a cover of this song. They named it "Call of the wig hat". Thank you so much for this posting.
