I am going to go with an orchi also and may do this as part of my transition. As for below, I agree with you! I feel this is medical and even the AMA supports this. They also say the process should be covered by insurance.

@karmatic1110 i really don't want to be mean or anything!!! I even think its great that u are being yourself! The comment u responded to was disrespectful and stupid, but its not because they can't spell.... Its just how people write on youtube, emails, messages and other stuff these days. I just wanted to point that out because you seem to bring it up a lot.

@lollypopy8 I use it a lot, because nobody takes a person seriously who can't type in complete and coherent sentences. It's foolish to willingly misspell words in favor of net speak. Furthermore literacy rates are at an all time low, so it's no wonder that people are so critical of it. Personally I know that when someone sends me an honest message I don't bother reading it if the person can't take the time to communicate properly.
