corporate responsibility??? What about personal responsibility? The black community fails because it seeks blame from outside of the individual.  Why should I create a business to pay taxes to support the Birth 9000.00 education 7000 per year the section 8 housing of a culture decimated by core values which are corrupt: 72% blacks born out of wedlock. Epidemic levels of violence and most crucial: male role models that glorify hustling and total lack of parental responsibility.
