use first shield stance then lightening reflexes then shield stances so u can put up glad again and do it again

May I know what skills and attributes you use for both axe and hammer builds?

axe build: Is that Disrupting chop in skill #1? From what I can make out, Disrupting Chop (?), Whirlwind Attack, Cyclone Axe, Gladiator's Defense, Lightning Reflexes, ???, Watch Yourself, Heal Sig.
