It's springtime in Chicago again, which means it's time not only for the start of bicycling season again, but also the return of these little cellphone videos of mine, showing off various areas in the city as a supplement to the bike maps I make for Google Maps and Google Earth. (Find them all, by the way, at [jasonpettus.com/maps/], if you want.) Here, a short video from the outside of Wrigley Field, on the opening day of their 2008 baseball season; it's a historically significant season this year too, in that this is the 100th anniversary of the last time the Cubs have won the World Series. Enjoy, and I hope you'll get a chance to stop by throughout the rest of this spring and summer.
You nailed what the atmosphere is like. I was there today though, great game today.
