Can we please live by the phrase if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all? The man has died so show some respect. Everyone didn't like him and that's fine but let's have respect. You don't bash someone in death.Whoever said karma is a mf will find out soon enough. Frank did great things for my city and I will forever remember him for that. He wasn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and take things hands on instead of sitting at a desk. I remember Frank use to tell this story about owning a cable company in FL, I believe. He said that every time one of his service technicians entered the home of a customer, they would always leave behind a fresh red rose. The then commented that his may have not been the biggest cable company around, but their customers were the most loyal cause the women customers never forgot those red roses. THANKS FOR ALL THE ROSES, FRANK!

Though I moved out of Jackson in 1992, I appreciated his efforts to rid the city of crime and to preach "personal responsibility" to all citizens, whether they be black, white, red, purple or green.
If there's any cleaning up to do in heaven, God now has the man to do it! God speed on your new journey!
