  • Ideally Raw Vegan eating 2 meals per day... Eat last meal prior to 6pm and don't eat your first meal until about 8 or 9 am...keep them spread out with No snacking... You can include turkey, chicken, fresh salmon, tuna if you'd like....but try to stick to veganism...mostly fresh vegetables, beans (obviously cooked though if you'd prefer to add beans) peanuts, and some soy products....

  • Dianem9014 - IN order to tolerate straight sugar your body has to be very healthy overall. If you have any physical complaints/issues then i'd avoid all sugar and alcohol.. The body pretty much acts as if they were one in the same, although they have "seemingly" different effects.. Email me and we can talk further @ actualize81@gmail.com

  • Ramonswife-  That's an excellent question... Both chicken and turkey are fine for type A because they don't require the intense stomach acid (that type 0 has for red meat) to digest them.. Why don't you make an appointment with me so we can get real specific and get you feeling great?

  • so how should the type a eat in terms of times of day? what kind of food should i.e. a breakfast contain? i mean carbohydrates or veggie proteins?

  • @keeelane Honestly.. i'd advise eating a larger breakfast with your carbs in the morning (so you'll burn them off throughout the day) Oats and berries is a good breakfast staple... and a very small evening meal with mostly protein in the form of soy, fish or chicken (type A superbeneficials)...   • how do you lose weight if you are type A?

  • I am type AB, and it is recommended that I get some of my protein from soy as well. I can tell you that if I have soy protein just two days in a row, it sets my hormones into a tailspin of misery. My thyroid messes up, my adrenals become stressed, and my estrogen levels become disproportionately high in regards to my progesterone. My herbal doc even promotes eating for blood type but disagrees highly w/Dr. D'adamo on soy ingestion, unless it's fermented, especially for women.

  • When you say "whole grains" what do you mean?

  • Im a blood type A- I know sugar is unhealthy, but is it prohibited for type A?
