Ah come on, stop comment stuff like that! Tarja was the lead vocalist in the band while the songs where written and recorded. Tarja is the original vocalist of the songs, so thats makes her have the rights to sing them!

@xR45MU5x no you got me wrong... I just thought Tuomas wouldn't let her sing any of the NW songs, because Anette is performing them now. I'm quite happy she still playes some of them, that way I can remember the former (vocal) sound of NW.

This version is even more sensible than Oceanborn's or the performance in EOAA. It is a bit slower and more acoustical.

What is indeed interesting is that it's not a one time performance, but something intentional.

What's up, you took some canto classes and decided you need to express your "official" oppinion?

What you hear at those points are inflections in the voice denoting emotion and they 100% controlled.

Check the performance at Wacken 2010 for example, it's identical.

This is a lyrical and emotional rendition of Sleeping Sun. You are used to the old 'classical' sounding version and decided to spill some shit here to show us how much knowledge and keen ear you have.
