@anostrichkilledyou Thank you for watching and taking the trouble to respond. I think that a reaction of "gross" does indicate a fear - fear of bodily mutilation, fear of infection or parasitic infestation, fear of dentists! And fear can make you sick.

A parasitic worm hatching out of a cricket. I looked up common phobias and was amazed to find clowns listed, so I put in a snippet of Tim Curry as Pennywise from "It" - glad to hear it worked for you!

I don't know - some sort of parasitic worm like a pinworm - I've never seen anything like it and I'm a physician - the other one is a tapeworm in the human large intestine.
