Bleach AMV Pillar-fireproof - "Power Surge"

This video took aproximately 50 hours to create

Editing:Vegas 4.0 (all effects were done in vegas, aside from some cropping done in Photoshop)
Encoding: TMPGEnc Xpress 3.0

This video is fast, action packed, and pretty intense. It's got that great raw energy that is so prevalent in the show.

I know that's it's overloaded with effects in many peoples' opinions, and at this point I agree. But hey! It was my second vid, it was a learning process.

Note: I'm posting this video to my account because people have been taking it from my animemusicvideos.org account and posting it on their own profiles, so I might as well have it under my own name. Furthermore, some individuals have even taken to claiming authorship of this video which is unacceptable.

how did u do that pulse with rukia at 0:53? if u know any tutorials about how to do some of the effects u used, that would be great. thanks.

The pulse effect was created manually using two layers. I copied the same clip onto two tracks. The top track was dropped in opacity, then resized/zoomed using manual tracking. Most of the "pulse" effects were created in a similar manner. I did not use any tutorials, play around with preset effects and transistions and layer masking. You can try checking out the website for whoever produces the video editor you use, they are likely to have forums or tutorials.

I'm not mad, I gave Mazeraski permission to keep his posting of my vid up. He had it up long before I did and since he was giving me full credit for the vid I thought it would be a waste to erase all those hits and comment. Basically I do consider those views my own.
