I believe the focus is automatic. It's funny because I didn't shoot this in proper lighting but yet you can see decent detail.
I didn't do anything special, just turned on video mode and started filming. If everything in your display is fuzzy, then there is a more serious problem.

Hi I just got the Kodak Easyshare,
I wanted to knnow how you got it
to focus the way the way it does
in this video.
I have tried but I just don't know how to
-
from my knowledge, there is no underwater feature.

In recording videos, how do I stop it? The screen always says busy. I always turn the camera into album mode but I might broke my camera doing it.

It should work with the same button you pressed to start recording.
I never had a problem with that. I think the only time I would see a busy signal is when
I was transitioning from one file to the other when browsing pics/vids.

anyone know how to use stitch assist on this canon?

While you are in photo mode, press the center function set button and make sure the setting is on manual instead of auto. Then get out of that and press the menu key and scroll down to see Stich Assist

I have this camera for over a year now, it's my favorite camera I've owned. I got a brown one :) Is there a way to eliminate the wind noise? I like going to the beach alot to film the scenery and it's always breezy.

My camera has also seen action at the beach so I can relate. The best method doesn't apply here since you can't attach an external mic. If you could, there are wind filters for sale or do like most and add layers of furry fabric. The kind you see in Hollywood production "boom" mics.
