400+ Divas, Thoughts on Next Contest

Although I havent finished my current contest. I have reached 400 divas/subscribers and i have some thoughts for the next contest. originally i was going to do something else, but since you all always pick on me for having so many brush sets, i decided to make my 13pc goat hair set the prize and the contest will be for you to do a makeup look without any cosmetic tools &/or tools that resemble them (ie paint brushes, cotton balls, sponge apps, qtips, etc). however mascara, and liquid liners will be allowed becuz i think you mite hurt urselves without them, but i'll definitely give extra props to those who could figure out a way around them.

I'm not sure when I'm gonna make the contest. I dont know if i should start it february 2nd or after valentines day, since there are so many contests so please leave comments on what you think i should do.

Here are a list of the rules I'm planning on so please ask questions if they are unclear:

1. Must be an official diva/subscriber
2. Must do a makeup look, without using any cosmetic tools or that which resembles one (ie paint brushes)
3. My name must be in both the title as well as the tag
4. 10 partisipant minimum or contest will be cancelled
5. No still frames
6. US and Canada only
