Thanks.  I'll go look. I'm a newbie weightlifter and the videos you posted have been great for me to study techniques. CCTV website is a jungle. If you can give a hint on where to look for these videos, it would be great.

You gotta lurk around the weightlifting forums to find someone who can translate a bit and usually finds the links for you. If not do the hard way and google translate. Do ctrl-f and search: 举重 or search 挺舉 抓舉

Awsome videos. Question: how are you getting the CCTV weightlifting coverage. I don't think you're in China.

No, I'm in the USA where there is no weightlifting on television at all! Fortunately, CCTV hosted replays of all the weightlifting sessions although it was hell to figure out what was what. Downloaded the videos from their site and spent time editing the replays of the lifts I liked and made these videos.
