The reason he cant crowd/ fill the bucket is not the fault of the loader, as you can see,(I trust you are also loader operators), he has the bucket too far back, and cant work it properly in the face of the bank.

It's amazing how far tires have come just look at the way those sidewalls flex when crowding into the bank.
