Smallville Vs Terminator

I found out that the "Judgement Day" footage in Terminator 3 is the same footage in Smallville Episode 10 of season 4. I wonder who got it first.

Smallville episode original air date is 1 December 2004.

1 year and 4 months after the terminator premier. The answer is obvious.
