seriously?? was it like. 15 dollars, because i bought mine for 39 dollars and it has decent sensitivity, ive actually never heard of a tablet with no pen sensitivity xD, are you sure yours isnt like half broken?
I think she is using a wacom tablet. cause I notice it has pen sensitivity.
you could draw clean curved lines with changing thickness if you have pen sensitivity. that is the special thing about wacom tablet that makes it too expensive =D

i know its sai..but i have the newest update...and for some reason,.. there isnt that sharp brush >.>
and you cant download the older versions.. i've searched the whole internet with some hope som1 uploaded it

If I'm not wrong she uses Sai Paint Tool.
It's easy to get sharp ends with a little pen pressure there.
