We show you how to cook Egg Fried Rice in 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
200g cooked, cold long grain rice such as basmati
4 spring onions - separate white and green parts both chopped
1 medium egg
Handful of bean sprouts, roughly chopped
50g peas (thawed if frozen)
3 tablespoons sesame / vegetable oil
2 tablespoons light Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper
