I think that if it was just an icon, there would be no issue, its the flashing lights and moving hand that makes it look eerie. Im sure this Pope, if he were alive would probably agree. The lights and movement need to go. What happened to traditional icons?? Does everything have to be '21st century' Can some things reflect the ancient?

This is the late Abba Mina, former bishop of St Mina's monastery in Mariout near Alexandria, he was a great man indeed..
