The Great Doxology from the Utreniye

A traditional setting of the Great Doxology from the Utreniye (literally, "Morning Service", Matins). It is sung by a choir from Moscow under the direction of Viktor Popov, with an accompaniment of photographs of Russian Orthodox churches in the homeland and the diaspora.

I dedicate this in memory of Barbara, for her kindness. Vechnaya Pamyat.

Of this particular group... no, I am afraid not. I downloaded the music from a Russian site. However... ("Odnako", as Chuckcha would say... ) if you google "Hilarion Alfeyev", and go to the bishop's website, there are downloadable mp3s of his liturgical music. That may held you.
