  • Or maybe those trucks aren't fully broken in like mine. Doesn't change the fact that I still want the S/C :)

  • Been watching some vids of supercharged Tundras here. Is it just me or is my truck just as fast judging by the speedo? Maybe its cause they have such a hard time launching.

  • how's your truck?

    post some new vids

  • Still running good :) Haven't really done ne thing new to it lately but will be supercharged this time next year. It's still just as fast, maybe a hair faster. Raced an unsuspecting corvette other nite, still lost but he was surprised lol

  • Yeah dude that pulls pretty hard through the gears.

Very fast. How much does your truck weigh? Probably 4500-4800 right around there perhaps?

S/C may not gain you TOO much but some new pulleys ECU swap new gears and you will have a whole new truck!

  • Haven't had it officially weighted or anything but its roughly 4700-4800 lbs. ECU definitely holds this truck back, that and traction off the line. More power will only make that worse...I need some meatier tires and an e-locker :)

  • Downhill speedotest? I know these trucks run good and I have some speedovids of the same truck but I don't quite see 0-100 happening that quick with everything completely stock.

  • What is this, a buick?

  • What's your 0 to 60 with S/C installed now? Cheers!

  • It is still a POS!! Get a real truck!

  • what mods do you have on ur truck?

  • You might wanna like the Tundra better than other trucks I don't like.If they don't like tundra trucks get rid of these stupid people,I knew Tundra Trucks from 2007 to 2010 could be awesome.

  • most shops will charge around $500 or more for a gear install and a good tune is something like $300 an hour. Price to performance a S/C is a MUCH better purchase.

  • Your forgetting an S/c is about $1500 more than the stuff you listed HAHAHAHA

not everyone can afford that, A tune and Gears are two of the best things you can do to a fuel injected truck/car, factory torque management holds them back
