An ilustrative walkthrough of a pilot plant for phosphoric acid (a fertilizer) production, wet process, DH type. Basic Engineering.
The sections desgined: Reaction, Filtration and Evaporation, including gas scrubbing and final storage. The purpose of this pilot plant is to study the operations parameters of an industrial plant with diferents rocks feed. It produces 1,2 MTD of concentrated phosphoric acid and ocupies an area of 20m2.

Produce 1,2 TMD de ácido fosfórico concentrado y ocupa 20m2 de espacio.

It's a Modified Siape Reactor.
The annulus is to reduce the number of agitators.

What is the name of that type of reactor? It looks very similar to the Dorrco Reactor.
