I have never seen a more simplistic and idiotic approach to a topic as this video.. Stop smoking the pipe my friends! You should also look into the LCC of Solar and Wind power if you are serious about this topic. However, I do recognize the problems of not having a standardized definition of SHP.

This is only partially true. There are many sites where small hydro could be sustainable.
