I like to call this one Cinnabuns because it kinda of looks like cinnamon rolls. It's simple and more importantly keeps me from having to do my hair for about a week.

  • in this vid i just used ECO Styler Gel and tied it down...i do not have a relaxer

  • Wooow you have some nice long hair. How long did it take you to grow it out to the length in this video. and did u have a transition period??

  • @nabi4l i have been natural for about 11 years...i transitioned for 18 months and then cut...but since that time i have cut my hair into a bob a couple of times...i think it was about 3 years from my last cut to this video

  • u are sooo cute..ur face is perfect..and ur hair is amazing...are u mixed with anything?

  • @Asia28282 awe you make me blush! naw i'm not mixed with anything...straight black on black! LOL

  • I've been thinking for a long time about going natural & now i really want to act on it but im very scared. I was wondering if you could tell me what products to start off with. & do i HAVE to cut my already processed hair? I really want healthy hair... the length isn't important because I love short hair but I would love for it to be as long as yours because I want an afro like Teyana Taylor lol.

  • @ohtwiddlesticks no you do not have to start off cutting off all of your hair...we didn't...we slowly transitioned by getting the roots pressed and just getting our ends trimmed like regular...be sure to deep condition and be gentle when manipulating that hair while it's growing out because where natural meets relaxed hair is very fragile... check out our blog at mahoganyknots(dot)com...there is a page for new naturals...good luck!
