Hats off to these firefighters for doing this. An animal is a living breathing thing. People need to change their perceptions of animals in this country. They are companion animals and they give so much benefit to people. It is people that can be so unkind, but an animal loves unconditionally. They can teach us a thing or two about compassion.

we are species that live and share the same planet, and we humans we are also animals!. like dolphins and dogs save humans, we also are able to help other species:) it is a stingy comment to try compare human´s lifes and other species life´s as a pretext to do nothing or to don´t give compliments to those who have such honored attitudes like this men. To know that people are capable to save a dog like this have already make my day a better day:)

@UltraPilotRays a human would be worse! do you know how many people die every year trying to rescue drowning victims? The person in distress usually will pull the rescuer under as well! This dog was a piece of cake.
