His dad is a piece of shit! Just trying to get cash from his sons death
-
@Slash396 that was pretty much my point. theyre dumb for fireing that. so why be such a dick man. did you misinterprete my point
-
@smokeymcgreenston he was firing a Mico Uzi which is smaller than a normal Uzi so that makes the recoil worse and to make it even worse the gun shoots 20 rounds per second and he was only 8 years old so within 5 shots he had shot himself.... about 20 miliseconds (less than the time it takes to blink your eye) looks like your the idiot here

that kids a fucking idiot. his family is even more stupid

This is yet another example that proves stupid often hurts. How bright does ANY adult, including a parent, have to be to figure out that allowing an 8 year old to fire an automatic weapon, or any firearm for that matter, is an act of Reckless Endangerment. Even more stunning is the fact that this little boys father was a doctor. It's another case of an adult with all book smarts, and no common sense.

Kid was shooting a mini/ micro Uzi, they are very tiny and rise up like a mofo if you don't keep a tight hold, it's difficult for an adult without some practice, and they gave it to a little kid?
I'd place blame about 50-50 between the father and the range.

of course. only in america, becuase it is right to bear arms, and then in the traditional american spirit the parents decide to sue, because they were stupid and made a stupid decision. you never hear about any of this shit happening in alaska. sorry bout the kid dying tho.

@BobbyTubes I agree with you on two out of three points. The father and instructor definitely are at fault. However, from a legal standpoint, there's no fault for allowing a child to fire a weapon in that state.
"15 year old instructor" ? wtf is wrong with dumb fucking people?

Firearms are never defective. Only the people using them are.
