@TheBlazemasta619 HBK and Razor were definitely not midcarders at this time. Dont forget Michaels had just headlined WM11 against Diesal. This was a time when the IC was "legit" and much more important to the industry. If you were not the WWF Champ or the Number 1 contender, then you competed for the IC instead. Many times the IC title and the WWF title had wrestlers who were interchanged in both. Excpet only when there was a heavyweight, he just went for the WWF title.

Further more after that happened are you telling me that wrestling on television wasn't revolutionized into which Joe Blow vs Superstar got done away with and getting rid of the natural boring synopsis of "Heel vs Face"? Is that what you're telling me. I NEVER SAID IT WAS BUILT AROUND RAZOR RAMON, I said he helped CHANGE THE GAME.

I didn't say it was built around him, but tell me before Raw came out. Matches were built around WWF superstars vs Unnamed Joe Blows. Every Sunday like clockwork Superstar vs Joe Blow, until a special event where it was superstar vs superstar. Then back to Joe Blow vs superstar. Now tell me, when then Joe Blow (1-2-3 Kid X-Pac) beat a superstar Razor Ramon that didn't revolutionize wrestling on Television? It didn't?
