I saw this with no filter as well thought I was seein spots n my eyes started to hurt couldnt look a long time n it was a clear sky no sun in my eyes ...

I saw hovering "lightballs" like this about 3 mounth ago in Moscow, Russia. With my own eyes without any filters. They moved EXACTLY like on this video.

Good stuff. From what I know the Crafts are not visible to the Naked Human Eye. They have the ability to put up a shield that actually bends the light so it seems they are invisible, but they are not really. They are still there. Anything that can alter the visible light spectrum can help.

@norroy08 Also watch the moon at night..You can see space craft all over the moon if you can get a close enough shot..

@badwolf66 Yes, it was filmed with normal camcorder (canon FS100) switched over black and white picture effect + IR filter...and I haven't heard about it, but I have heard some other theories about holographic sky.
