It is the track in the game files called Ambient067.

If you go to the Eve-Files website and search for EVE_Online_-_QR_music you should find the zip with all of the music.

Alternatively, if you want just that track... I've put it onto mediafire, so you can go to mediafire and just add "/?tmqyznzy2wr" to the end of the url.

Example - mediafire(dot)com/?tmqyznzy2wr with a . instead of (dot) of course.
