A heavy cloud of confusion hangs over the coalition government on the impending trial of six post election violence suspects, named by the International Criminal Court prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo. Vice president Kalonzo Musyoka has yet again jetted out of the country in his ongoing campaign to help the government sidestep the ICC process. And as Rashid Ronald reports, analysts say the government's frantic moves may be coming too late in the day.

  • Yes mr. vp!...Kenya does not need icc. a local tribunal is what we need & want. How is it fair to seal the deal containing only minority leaving raila, Anyang Nyongo, ntimama….aside this are the people whom we expect to appear in front of the tribunal!

  • Hon Kalonzo you should be the last person to advocate a culture of corruption and impunity, you are aware this crooked politicians want the cases to be heard at home so they can manipulate the whole justice issue, but to refresh your memory God is the authour of justice and if you uphold on the faith of bieng born again think twice.Police are still killing our boys enmasse who will stand for this families?

  • of course all these useless trips all over Africa are paid for by Kenyan taxes, kill us then take our money to pay for your defense!

  • This kind of blunder only gives Raila Odinga mileage. He disperately needs.

  • Im not a Raila fan. Politicians like Kalonzo make feel like crossing to the Raila's side.

  • Kalonzo has a hidden agenda.

If Kenya withdraws from ICC more stupid politicians will incite their constituents to burn congregations in churches like they did Eldoret. ICC will help keep politicians deter politicians from inciting violence.

The Kenyan people are the ones to decide whether Kenya should withdraw from ICC- even if it means taking taking it to the ballot.

...if AU supports Kalonzo's agenda - Kenyans should vote to pull out of AU.

  • Kalonzo is a disgrace to humanity. Kenyans want justice but not some loser like Kalonzo jetting out all over the place scaffling what is left. ICC should be left to do it's job.

  • ...kalonzo, you had my back until now. If your boss tells you to go kill you are guilty as he is. AM now convinced that you don't have independency of your own to gevern or lead. May be you can go to ukambani and keep lying to them, but it will only be short lived. Kibaki is retiring in a few months and his efforts to protect his goons will go down with you. Kenyans don't care about you guyz or what you think about them, or they care for is good leadership and results. Your spin dpn't count!!

  • @siasabora - I will never support Kalonzo all my life.

  • Does Kalonzo ever think of the women and children who were raped and burnt in kiambaa church eldoret, what about those burnt in naivasha, ? was there any kambaa among the people killed and raped? Kalonzo should give kenyans abreak
