anyone knows who is the panman in this clip

I've been trying to find an mp3 of this some online with no luck. I think this was because this was released back in the days of vinyl, and it's possible it was never released on a CD compilation. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I am a musician, (iron man and bass player) and a collector and devotee of the Lord Kitchener and the steelband. Kitch is my favorite composer. If you can help me find that mp3 of "Mystery Band," please do.

This is art in sound and motion... the standard reference for upcoming artists to measure themselves to... the melody, the lyrics, the arrangement...

What can I say my country has become so negative, this is from a time when we had so much hope for our youth, I wish they would do like the first world performers and learn the art of storytelling and reporting and even do revised versions of classics like these.
