This is a beautiful villa with light and tasteful furnishings. Located at the beginning of the 404 block on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour, 404A is an end of terrace unit with extra sea wall. There is a mooring built which is over 40ft and has a separate access.
The villa has a new kitchen with all appliances. The living room has John Lewis furnishings, 3 pieces sofa and 4 person dining table. The lovely paintings and ornaments make this villa extra special.
Outside there is a table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers and 2 deck chairs for the sun worshippers.
The master bedroom has a king bed, built in wardrobe, dresser and mirror, and an en-suite shower room with vanity and mirror.
There is also a private balcony off the master bedroom, which gives you great views over Jolly Harbour.
The second room has 2 single beds and also a private balcony. The en-suite shower room is complete with a vanity unit and mirror.
The villa comes with hurricane shutters on all windows and bug screens. The rental includes a Golf Cart for getting around Jolly Harbour with ease.
Jolly Harbour is a 500 acre, gated community located on the south west coast of Antigua. It has a wide range of facilities, something for everyone, including an 18 hole golf course, water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts, squash court and a fully equipped gym. Also within the complex there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants including a well stocked supermarket and banking facilities. Jolly Harbour is a good base location to visit the rest of the 365 beaches on the island by car, bus or boat.
There are also many excursions available from the resort as well as the opportunity to charter boats.
