I lied! :p I bought a honda cbf500 instead. Still like the rs but it was way too impractical.

That 'thing' is called a catalyser. It's an apparatus that cleans the exhaust fumes from NOx gasses. Its saps a little bit of power because the exhaust fumes cannot flow freely.

Got the cdi removed.
And the "thing" (dont remember the name of it) inside the stock exhaust.
