International Press Media / Social Media Release Advisory - York Regional Police ( YRP ) & Crime Stoppers of York Region is requesting European MEDIA / PUBLIC assistance for a Canadian International Parental Child Abduction case - WATKINS MISSING CHILDREN - WANTED BY POLICE: Edyta ( Ustaszewski / Ustaszewska ) Watkins (Abducting non-custodial Mother), Alexander (Alex) Watkins & Christopher (Chris) Watkins. INTERPOL "Red Notice" & "Yellow Notices" alerts are issued by Canada. A Canada wide warrant has been issued for the apprehension & arrest of the abducting Mother, Edyta Watkins.

INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION CASE :
On the 9th of March 2009, the non-custodial parental abduction of Alexander and Christopher WATKINS then seven and four years old, was reported to York Regional Police by the boys Father, Stephen WATKINS.

Investigation has revealed that the boys non-custodial Mother, Ms. Edyta WATKINS / USTASZEWSKI ( USTASZEWSKA ) along with the boys had been driven across the border into the U.S. by Ms. WATKINS father, Tadeusz (TED) USTASZEWSKI after a visitation weekend where a commuter flight was caught from Rochester to Detroit and onward to Frankfurt Germany, on a Canadian passport used by the abducting mother that had been cancelled forty-two days prior by the Canadian Government.

Their grandfather, Tadeusz Ustaszewski has been charged by York Regional Police (YRP) with assisting in this International Child Abduction and the children's disappearance.

Ms. Edyta Watkins Canadian Passport has been confirmed Canceled on January 26, 2009 by the Ontario Government and by the Ombudsman of Passport Canada 42-Days prior to the abduction of the Watkins Children due to Provincial Enforcement Measures. The children's Canadian Passports were Ordered by the Courts to be handed over repeatedly, with the non-custodial Mother refusing to comply.

A Canada wide warrant for Ms. Edyta WATKINS now exist and York Regional Police is working with RCMP-National Missing Children, INTERPOL and Polish Authorities to investigate and locate both her and the missing boys.

While it is not confirmed, it is believed that Alexander, Christopher and Ms. WATKINS, are living in Poland as Ms. Edyta WATKINS is a Polish national with strong family connections to the country. However connections are thought to exist in the countries of Germany and Austria as well.

While the investigation continues, Alexander and Christopher WATKINS have yet to be located.

The York Regional Police must be commended for the hard work and effort they are putting in to find these missing and abducted children, Christopher and Alexander Watkins. These Canadian children and their father desperately need our help. Please share this with anyone you know, especially within the Polish community and even more so everywhere in Poland and Europe!
