My top most wanted list of games that didn't make it to commercial release.

Other C64 games that weren't in my top 10 games that weren't that maybe sort of should have were but weren't:

Myth 2 - Dawn of Steel
Prince of Persia (Now finished, released and awesome!)
Murder
IK Deluxe
Escape from Colditz

Visit http://www.gtw64.co.uk/ for more info and demos, or if you can shed any more light on the games.

  • i would like to have seen creatures 3. First two games were brilliant.

  • @Simon0 Yeh me too, it would have definitely been on this video if Apex had started a 3rd game :)

  • is that footage from parasol stars from c64 or another computer?

  • @cupididi Footage of Parasol Stars is from the Amiga version, but I think I did but an annotation up saying that. It wasn't released for the C64 and nothing remains of any work in progress, all because of a certain someones stupid, spiteful idea of revenge.

  • @cupididi all c64 owners hate colin porch's ex-wife.. that "person" stopped the last big ocean c64 game.. so if she's watching this ... thanks , you selfish * * * * . I hope karma dealt you a nice deal later.

  • @Retroid64 this was just another evil cunt

  • @justaguythinking Yeh, check out Prince of Persia and C64anabalt (based on a mobile phone game Canabalt) released only last year. Also Soulless a game in development right now is looking pretty good. The released ones can be found on CSDB for emulators and I should think you can buy physical copies for the real C64 hardware too.

  • @Retroid64 do u mean games are still developed for the commodore 64? if so i would love to buy them if they are good. I don't have a commodore 128 anymore buy i got a commodore emulator for my Mac-- Power 64. . . it that could run the new games great:)
