SLICED LAMB WITH VEGETABLES

2 tbsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ching's Secret Chilli vinegar
1 tbsp Ching's Secret All in One Sauce
1 cup sliced Lamb
½ cup broccoli
½ cup carrot
5-6 pc dried red chillies
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water
1 tbsp corn flour
1 spring onion to garnish

Method:
Coat the lamb slices with corn flour and deep fry. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom frying pan, add the vegetables, sauté, add lamb and sauces and 1 cup water and cook for 1 min. Mix 2 tbsp of corn flour with water and add to the boiling sauce. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
