outriggers? its equiped with a stiff leg but no riggers its not a spinner or rotator so no outriggers, If the operator had tied off with snatch blocks to the body rings on the rear it would have just slid the truck but he shouldnt have needed leverage seeing that he was already lifting with bags. all in all probably didnt hurt much accept his pride and he will always check the brakes and maybe even chain a wheel from now on.

he needed the stabilizers out but he also should have put some wood chocks on the truck before he pulled it all the way over no roll = no rollover rig
