Serious ATM Machine computer error caught on video

PLEASE READ!
If you are going to deposit cash in the atm machine make sure you bring a video camera. The atm machines at Bank of America are designed now to scan cash and count your cash deposits. However this is the 4th time it has errored. The first time it happened I went into the Bank and they said I would have to wait 2 weeks for my account to be credit for a cash deposit. Only after saying I was going to close my account then, then and only then did they credit it.
So from then on I video record my deposits for evidence. Make sure if you are using Bank of America's new ATM machines (you can tell they are the new ones as they will not allow you to put cash in an envelope but instead your currency has to be scanned) you bring your video recorder.

your using a machine that needs to be operated., and used proerly. and a) your putting the bills in all ruffled up and b) if its happern 4 times then you should figure its just you not knowing how to use the damn thing .

The problem is not windows, it is the bill depositor. They have been replaced. The reason they are not like a soda machine is that they can accept 40 bills at once. folded money was a problem with it. also notice the money is counted then you are asked if the deposit should be made, the money is in escrow for that time and can be returned to you.

The real problem I see here is that these ATMs are run by Windows. While it may be convenient, it is the least secure operating system on the planet. If BofA would simply use a dedicated operating system there wouldn't be these kinds of problems -- or at least not nearly as often....
