Meet Boombap Savant. 25-year old Agent Mos (AMS) and 21-year old ESHR, hailing from opposite ends of the city of Chicago. Though a set of unforseen circumstances, they end up meeting on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Standing on sanity's tilt, moon reflected in a calm lake/ Dive head first in the imagery, and inhale what's at stake/ I got colors and visions, though far from a prophet/ Musta lost it, a conversation with my subconscious/ Cool, calm godly providence reverbs into common sense/ Got my name tag that says "hello, my name's anonymous"/
Earth and sky combine, intertwine, shift forms/ Climb my own dna helix to try and find the morn-ning/ Oracle voices scream live without warning/ When it rains it pours, and within my skull, I'm brainstorming/ Just my luck, my raft is a rusty bucket/ Holdin something holy, the gods testing, my pride showing, I betta tuck it/ Oceans drain to desert, fossils spots of ancient dead/ Barefoot on hot sands, I wander to clear my head/ An oasis is a waste of sand in an hourglass/ Which I turn like sage's pages to remind me that time has passed/ A fault line between sleep and wake, the desert shakes/ The sun bakes sand to crude glass and steel, as directional mistake/ Blooms into metropolis, touch ground to swoon the richter/ A habitat in iron jungle, L-trains are boa constrictors/ The sun shatters into stained glass, the moon is a mile high/ Standing at the corner "where the hell" and "am I?"/ Feet callous wandering dusty streets, pass a mirror, no reflection/ A disected section connected only in a dream state comatose infection/ Taken aback and jilted/ A turn to catch a glimpse of a still life of my grave, gilded by roses that never wilted/ A paper airplane floats by, there's a note written inside/ "Abide by the will of time alone, all other things subside and die"/ Take another step and peer beyond the edge of the curb/ Invincible surroundings crumble, and momentary harmony disturbed/ I scream and jump, the drone of an alarm clock, and my blinds bleeding sunshine/ Funny how a dream ends at just the right time/ Moonwalking//

Its come down, up, wait at open banisters for balance through warehouses, factories, and prisons: feet calloused. Beneath the figureheads thrown in the palace we are hand in foot, foot in hand; stilted. (Built in) Collaged and quilted, people guilty, down, clay-stiff: past-body wilted, jammed into future head, pardon play-if. In the autumn garden, future-to-past and present off the picture: untwist jars, placidly perched behind the present is the animal whispering into future ear on the burial and fragments balkanized like the last cereal, flakes. Material awakes or clay-to-stone, they on hands and knees winding into the next head. Wheezing, sneezing on smoke from rectangles ablaze: buildings, people, continents, burnt, eating, future windows displayed. Cascading doors each with a television set labeled pre-revision, each holds an idea boxed in excision. Rockland walled in too: welcome! Tickets at exits. Dog and white picket fence dreams means you're dreaming not awake. Snaking metallic cones, traced like flowers spun: he is the pit; silver and brass stem from his head like towers. Dung beetles, frogs and fireflies like faux-wax pre-snap. Granddad with newspaper tap, tap, tap backside, bad plan used. Tapering streetlamp tip-down, drop, stylus in marker aisle then the blacktop starts and I cant outsmart mother flipping paper control the rooms mood. Craning my neck around the corner into a screen thats a room and a room thats a face. Through the slit in the zoopraxiscope the post-revision is traced. (We have to hope) So we pray to the blue-moon gilded, boxed like Basquiat as metallic heaps peel in.
