If the criticism depends on the play of other pianists it isn't neutral and is worth nothing. That would be no criticism but allegation. It is no justification to say "the other one plays better cause you play different". Or: "You play worse cause all the others play different". There is the reason missing. Such a sentence cannot be a basis for a discussion. Criticism must be neutral by its definition. Bad criticism can only result out of neutral criticism. Perhaps some people should learn more.

Eee the vinyl guy.. And all amplifiers and 'speakers not including room and houses sound the same ? I know that the same sound system will sound different in N. America than Poland. He is very intelligent man.

He should start composing. the best venue for truly new sounds. Wouldn't be a terrible waste not to do? What represents the 21st century that started with Y2K and 911? What is the aspiration of the 21st century that is saddled with CO2 that slowly bakes the earth?
