Just me doing my workout A: (weights)
squats-4x6
lunges-4x8
leg curl-4x8
calf raise-3x12
Also if you have any comments or tips on my workout just dropp'em well alright then peace

  • no your workout is wron do 5 sets of eight for everything doing reps of 12 is training endurance

  • no maxiboi is right you should not allow your knees to extend over your feet

  • Romanian dead lifts-much more functional than prone hamstring curls. Looks good.

  • Good man. I like the idea of putting up a video for advice. I may do the same.

  • go longer or further with your lunges to emphasize the glutes more

  • dont let your knees pass your feet?? do you know anything about squating? and no going all they way down wont hurt your knees..perfect form my man

  • Very well done. The only thing I have to say is don't let your knees pass your feet when you squat. Other then that good form.
