Heel verschillende anbood.. or something like that... The Morgan is deeply vested in traditional contruction methods, it is imperfect and is nevertheless a sportscar. The Wiesmann is about perfecting the English roadster idea. Everything is about non-plus-ultra, about perfection, and still has a soul. Two very different cars, two excellent sports cars....

@jezuz12345 Yes, in a way you're both right. Wiesmann is a huge fan of many classic 60's British sportscars. I personally do believe there is alot more Jaguar influence to the physical aspect of the vehicle then anything else but I woulden't say D-type but much rather the early 60's Jaguar XK150.

Thanks for this video!!! I only wish there were some English subtitles as I can only get a few words of Dutch on this video. The Wiesmann looks so good, the back of the Morgan is insane! I like them both.

I have driven both cars for my local car magazine and can tell you with full confidence it not only looks like the Jag D type, but in their search for the English style, have stereotyped the English as people who never made a modern car. I do not know how they thought they could get away it.

@richardsaxecoburg looks nothing like the D type. almost everything is original about the car, apart from the BMW engines they use. its not copying anyone, and nor is it trying to. handbuilt in germany. better looking than the boss-eyed morgan for sure.
