This video documents the Viet Minh under the leadership of Ho Chi Minh in their efforts to oust the French. Please Note! This film was made by the Vietnamese and is narrated in Vietnamese. Includes excellent film footage of Viet Minh soldiers attacking the French garrison at Dien Bien Phu. Also includes historical footage leading up to the final battle, as well as scenes of "liberation" folowing the days and weeks after the battle.
